The
Building division has been established for many years and has been able
to flourish on the land investments made in the early years of the partnership.

Freehold
ownership of much of the land has meant that the partnership is able to
develop its own properties with the maximum of benefit to the firm. Having
also the benefit of the knowledge and experience of the allied industries
to this business, this has meant that we have been able to support the requirements
of the Building division with the Plant Hire and Training division. |

We
are now able to offer a full Design & Build service to our customers.
Having a wealth of experience in civil construction and domestic projects
enables us to provide the necessary expertise for
any work you require. |

Projects
undertaken to date have been as varied as Sea Wall defences to House building,
Civil construction on Roads, Holiday Camps, Council House refurbishment,
Demolition, Luxury Housing developments, Road Access, Water Pumping stations,
and major Sewerage works and construction. |

Recently
the Building division has expanded its horizons to include the development
of period properties in France for the holiday market. This is an extremely
interesting project allowing the use of reclaimed materials in the sympathetic
rebuilding of older properties. The French local planning requirements are
such that they favour this type of development. |

| |
The
introduction of the new Lorries to the Plant Hire fleet and the addition
of the articulated trailer mean also that we are able to transport materials
to France whilst gaining a return load to this country, thus introducing
and supporting the new Transport division of the firm. |
|

The
development of these types of properties is proving not only beneficial
to the firm but also to the future development of further properties in
the area. The idea of older properties being developed in this manner has
allowed the partnership to utilise some of its older building stock for
development. |

The
firm carries Public Liability Insurance of £5m and has Employers Liability
Insurance of £5m. |

are conversion specialist in the United Kingdom and Europe and are just
undertaking a large conversion project in France on an old farmhouse and
barns to holiday accommodation for a local client. |
