Carter Plant Hire has been working at Exmouth Docks, lifting a redundant jetty out of the water. Not a particularly difficult job when you have the correct lifting gear and are used to working near water, but care must still be taken to ensure all health and safety measures are enforced.
We frequently work with harbour authorities and sailing clubs to lift boats in and out of the water, so we are used to tricky sites and short time frames, where the tide must be taken into account.
